BodyBySummer coaching is designed to help you look look your best, feel your best, and enjoy life to the fullest.

The individuals who enroll in this training, nutrition and coaching program are successful in many areas of their life, but could use a little help with losing body fat and keeping it off. Some have never really exercised before and some workout all of the time but aren’t getting the results they want. Others are simply trying to get back to feeling healthy, fit, and confident.

We all have challenges, and it’s not an overnight solution, so it’s important not to beat ourselves up.

There are millions of fitness and nutrition books, websites, and DVD’s. Information is not enough to elicit change. 80% of American adults are overweight, and 60% take at least one prescription medication for a condition that could be reversed with lifestyle changes.

It shows us that knowing isn’t enough; we have to do things and practice better habits every day.

To really make a lasting change to your body, most people need structure, accountability, and consistency provided by an an expert nutrition, fitness, and lifestyle coach.

I make a commitment to help you get exactly where you want to be with how your body looks, feels, and performs.

I know that it’s possible to get into great shape without massive changes to your life.

Indeed, you don’t need to drop your friends and swear off things you love just to look good at the beach or improve your health and fitness.

The truth is, changing your body is often as simple as:

1) making strategic choices and

2) doing them consistently

Getting in shape takes time. Quick fixes don’t last and they don’t really fix anything.

That’s why I take a different approach than most:

I take complex nutritional problems and break them down into small, strategic daily practices. Small practices that build, one on top of the other, for 12 months. Small practices that fit with your life and values, and lead to the greatest possible results with the least amount of stress or worry.
